(ARGYLE, TEXAS – November 3, 2021) – BPS Oil & Gas, LLC and Houston Chemical, LLC, have inked a licensing agreement to enhance the performance of iron scale inhibitors used in upstream oil and gas production. BPS Oil & Gas issued a non-exclusive license for their proprietary supramolecular additive, NRGMax®, to Houston Chemical, a Houston-based supplier of drilling, completion, and production chemicals.
(ARGYLE, TEXAS – December 16, 2020) – BPS Oil & Gas, LLC has brought in energy industry veteran, Daniel Rey as the president of the organization. Rey will oversee strategic growth initiatives for the company whose signature technology is NRGMax®, a supramolecular host chemistry that enhances the efficacy and economics of chemicals used across the oil and gas sector.
